• We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

    Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

    Exchanges are always free.

    We’ll refund your original payment method once your item is received and inspected. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, or you can use our label for a flat $10 fee.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1 business day of purchase. All U.S. orders ship from Los Angeles, CA. Most deliveries arrive within 4–6 business days, depending on your location.

  • Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

  • Please email us at info@dayshiftbags.com as soon as possible. We’re happy to update your order before it ships. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes — at that point, you’ll need to contact the carrier directly.

  • Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered up to 48 hours before they actually arrive. If your order hasn’t shown up after that window, please reach out to us at info@dayshiftbags.com and we’ll help you sort it out.
